01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Craze, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

02Description of Service

Craze provides users with AI-powered conversational survey capabilities and qualitative market research tools. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

03User Account

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Keep your account information up-to-date at all times.
• Safeguard your password and take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

04User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including a Craze official, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

05Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

06Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
